I agree, @leongarcia65. In our experience, we found that the key to overcoming this was demonstrating the long-term benefits of CSR. For instance, we showed how waste reduction could save costs in the long run.

One way is to start small! SMEs can begin with manageable CSR initiatives that align with the company's values and resources. Starting small allows SMEs to gradually integrate CSR into their operations without overwhelming costs.
